Pre-Qualify for it.

First, visit a trusted loan officer before beginning your home search. By getting pre-qualified, you will know exactly how much home you can afford. If you don’t already have a lender in mind, I can connect you with one of the qualified loan officers that I work with.

Find it.

Next, sit down and take time to reflect on your wants and needs. It’s rare to find a home with everything on your list, but being prepared and having a clear vision will help the home buying process move along smoothly. I will do the leg work and provide you with all of the listings that meet your specific wants and needs.

Buy it.

Finally, you find the right home and now it’s time for me to negotiate on your behalf. As your agent, I will provide you with an analysis of listings and solds in the neighborhood, and review our current Real Estate market conditions. I will help you take all of this information into account and make the right offer. Once your offer is accepted, I’ll help you navigate inspections, disclosures, appraisal and the closing process.
